Membership Initiative

As a corporate sponsor and supporter of the WCMA, Walnut Cove Realty identified a way to impact our future and current Members in a more meaningful way. With that purpose in mind, the WCR/WCMA Initiative was created in 2020.

While introducing future residents to the Walnut Cove lifestyle, WCR associates summarize the WCMA, its Member involvement with the Western North Carolina non-profit community and the social aspects of WCMA Membership.

Because WCR values us and our impact on our community, WCR goes one step further. When WCR is the representing firm in a residential property purchase, it presents the new resident(s) with a one-year WCMA membership as a welcome gift.

This WCMA Membership allows new Members to immediately become immersed in our Walnut Cove community, creating friendships with their new neighbors through our programs, website, communications and outings. This program also helps new Members gain insights and exposure to the Western North Carolina non-profit community and the impact WCMA Members make through volunteering and donations.

Through 2025, Walnut Cove Realty had presented 193 households with complimentary memberships in WCMA!
